Andrew Ross Phillips (born 15th July 1989) is an actor from Swansea, Wales, UK, who plays the male character Tom Weaver in Belonging. He attended Cwmtawe Comprehensive School. He is a member of the West Glamorgan Youth Theatre Company and is studying A Level subjects at Gorseinon College.
He started acting at a young age and has notable roles in television advertisements for Walkers Crisps and Campina Fruit Juice.
