Curriculum Vitae Business: Andrew Martin has been the founding Chairman of several successful U.S. and International corporations including:

SmartFood Corporation[1] – Former Founding Chairman and President.[2] SmartFood became a case study at Harvard Business School.[3] The company was acquired by PepsiCo Frito-Lay Corporation in 1987. Andrew Martin, who left the company after he lost the title of president, was quoted as saying the sale betrays Smartfoods' original ideals. "It's as if Ben and Jerry sold out to Pillsbury." [4]

Annie’s Inc. – Former Founding Chairman and CEO of this U.S. and Canadian Natural foods corporation. Annie’s Inc.[5] acquired Raw Materials Corporation and Tamarind Tree Corporation of which Mr. Martin served as Chairman. Annie's was purchased in 2002.

Kea Corporation Ltd: Mr. Martin serves as the chairman and strategic director of this privately held, New Zealand-based international foreign exchange and investment management company.

Tauroa Organic Education Trust of New Zealand: Tauroa is a 750 acre fully operational biodynamic, organic horticulture, sheep and cattle farm, ranch, wildlife preserve, and organic education center in New Zealand. Mr. Martin is Chairman of the trust and owner.

Non-Profit: Mr. Martin is a philanthropist and donates to a variety of programs focusing on human rights and the environment. He has been the founding director of several non-profit programs for the homeless, women, children, education and the environment.
