Andrei Agius (born in Malta on the August 12, 1986) is a footballer who plays as a midfielder. He is currently contracted to Italian side F.C. Messina Peloro.

He started his footballing years with the Santa Lucija youth nursery, before moving on to Sliema Wanderers, when still at the tender age of 7. When a teenager he joined FK Zemun from Serbia and then Sicilian amateur side Sporting Mascalucia. In 2005 he was a midfielder in the A.C. Martina Serie C1 outfit from Martina Franca in Puglia. In 2006-2007 he was called into the Serie A squad of F.C. Messina Peloro.

He has represented the Malta national football team in the Under 17, Under 19, and senior level. Currently out of favour with Malta national team coach Dušan Fitzel, he hopes to work hard enough to win a place in the national squad.
