Andreas Görlitz (born January 31, 1982 in Weilheim, Bavaria, West Germany) is a German footballer who currently plays as a defender for Karlsruher SC (on loan from Bayern Munich).

[edit] TSV 1860 Munich

He began his Bundesliga career as a midfielder for intracity rival TSV 1860 Munich. He shifted to defender in the 2003-04 season where he has played ever since.

[edit] Bayern Munich

He transferred over to Bayern Munich in 2004. He was injured on November 3, 2004 during a Champions League match against Juventus F.C. On February 11, 2007 he made his comeback in the Bundesliga.

[edit] Karlsruher SC

In the summer of 2007, it was announced that Görlitz will join newly promoted Karlsruher SC on loan for the 2007-08 season.^[1] On 9 May 2008, it was reported that his loan deal has been extended for another season, until 2009.^[2]
