Andrea Meneghin (born February 2, 1974 in Varese) is an Italian retired professional basketball player and active coach.
He is the son of Dino Meneghin, one of the greatest Italian players in history. The two also played one against the other during the latter's season as a pro.
Standing at 2.00 m, Meneghin was an offense oriented shooting guard that spent almost his whole career with Pallacanestro Varese. He played many seasons in the Euroleague with Varese and Fortitudo Bologna.
Andrea Meneghin he was selected in the All-Eurobasket Team in 1999 when the Italian national team won the Gold medal. He also helped Pallacanestro Varese win the Italian Championship in 1999, something that the team had not achieved since 1978. Being considered an icon in Varese, he started his coaching career during the 2007-08 also for the Varese team.
