Andre Ruette, currently is the chairman of the Treasure Coast Galleons, a semi-pro soccer team. He is also the current president of the Florida Elite Soccer League (FESL), a semi-pro soccer league playing within Florida. Additionally he is also the founder of [TS Academy], an international soccer training academy that specializes in getting players professional contracts.

Previous to his experiences with the Galleons, Andre' played professional ice hockey prior to moving to Florida and also soccer in his native New Jersey for his regional select team, Jersey Hills Soccer League. 1995 saw him dive into the hockey world by playing for Shelburne Hornets of the Ontario Metro League along with a stint with the Barrie Colts in the OHL. After playing in the OHL, Ruette moved on to the ECHL with the Trenton Titans and the AHL with the Beast of New Haven in 96 & 97 respectively. '98 saw Andre' pick up a knee injury and the initial signs of post concussion syndrome which sat him out for the full season in '98. 1999 saw Andre' come back to play for Atlantic City in the ECHL but his time with the Boardwalk Bullies was short lived after receiving another concussion and was released from his contract. Due to his dual citizenship with Ireland, he was selected to play for the Irish National Team from '99-'02. While playing for the Irish National Team, Ruette moved back and forth from the National Team to the New York Skyliners. His last game was in '03 playing in a charity match for the Irish National Team. Ruette is still the only professional athlete to come out of his home town, Pompton Lakes, New Jersey.
