The Andean Siskin (Carduelis spinescens) is a species of finch in the Fringillidae family. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, and heavily degraded former forest.
