Able to work with people from all departments and all levels. Always write things down. Always foresee things that need to be done. Always have something to do. Always reconfirm / conclude the important things that others say. Practical. Simple. Straightforward. Innovative and always have ideas. Autodidactic (I learnt most skills via autodidacticism without training). Rule conscious. Strictly follow company's code of conduct. Skeptical e.g. I will not accept as it is when something becomes different suddenly but I will verify that. Check things that need my signature must have no error (most people sign papers without checking). Not in multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme. Do not talk vulgar language. Not gambling (including speculative stock), not alcoholic. Detail-oriented. With microscopic view. Particular over what is right and what is wrong (somewhat into perfectionism). Sound EQ and calm. Able to work independently while without abusing authority. Exercise continual improvement. Always improve something wherever I go. Cost-conscious. Do not handle company's properties ruthlessly. Thrifty in IT resources (e.g. keep website / email small). Environment-conscious (e.g. paper, close air-cond room's door, don't litter). Do not listen to music during work.
