This is page where you can help select cool pictures to go on The Roman Empire Portal. When selecting a picture make sure to nominate it below in the nominations section. Please read the following criteria, before nominating a picture. Thanks.

The picture must be of decent quality and must be pleasing to the eye.
The article must be a picture of a subject of the Roman Empire, not an off subject.
Finally, please make sure you have fun nominating pictures, don't make it a chore.

Wikipedians please !vote the way you normally do at WP:AFD. Consensus will be reached if 2/3 or more of the !voters agree on a picture. Remember when creating a picture subpage to use the following as a template Portal:Roman Empire/Selected picture/Layout. Also don't forget to update the "max" figure appropriate {{Random portal component}} on the main page.
