Anatoma is a genus of very small marine gastropod molluscs in the family Scissurellidae.

This genus is found in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

The shells are comparatively large for the family, trochiform, with an elevated spire, and sharply angled at the periphery, where the selenizone, with deep terminal slit, is located.
