Anarbor is an American pop-rock band from Phoenix, Arizona. It was formed in 2004 when guitarist Mike Kitlas decided to form a band with follow junior high school students Slade Echeverria (vocals) and Greg Garrity (drums). The final pieces of the band came into place when mutual friends Jess Myers (bass) and Adam Juwig (guitar) joined the group.
They boast sharing the stage with Fall Out Boy, Cartel, Meg and Dia, The Rocket Summer, This Providence, My American Heart, A Change of Pace, Danger Radio, Saosin, William Tell, Young Love, The Academy Is, Brighten, The Scene Aesthetic, The Cab and many other well known bands.
Their debut album, 'Hearing Colours, Seeing Sounds,' was released digitally in March of 2008 and peaked at #62 on Amazon.com's Top Album chart.
