Amy Tipton

Amy Tipton (born October 8th, 1980) is a voice actress from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. She has voiced a number of anime characters, and is the English voice of Pai Chan.

Besides being the English voice of Pai Chan, including the video game, according to IMDB, she also is famous for her role as Aoi Futaba in You're Under Arrest.
