[edit] Merge proposal

On the contrary, this article should be merged into the Elisabeth Fritzl article. The alleged case took place over 24 years and only came to light in 2008, so to have a year in the title would be misleading. Also not so much a kidnapping as an imprisonment. Perhaps The Fritzl Case‎ would be better. But this alleged crime began with the alleged imprisonment of Elisabeth, so I think it's the best place to start. We can look at merging the Elisabeth Fritzl article later once more facts are known. HtD (talk) 11:11, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

I agree with everything you say. I didn't know Fritzl's name when I created this article - if I had done, and found the article on her, I probably wouldn't have created this one. I agree imprisonment is better than kidnap as well. --Richardrj talk email 12:25, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
Do you want to redirect this article to Elisabeth Fritzl then? HtD (talk) 12:26, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
Maybe it would be better to delete this article altogether. As you know, there is already a discussion at WP:Articles for deletion/Elisabeth Fritzl. I will go with whatever the results of that discussion are. --Richardrj talk email 12:32, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
