The B.K. Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology, Pilani was founded by Krishnarpan Charity Trust as it's technical wing in the Chairmanshipof Sh. Basant Kumar Birla in the Year 2007.The institute is approved by AICTE & is affiliated to Rajsthan Technical University, Kota for undergraduate programmes in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Information Technology with 60 Seats in each branch. The 15% intake is through AIEEE, 70% through RPETEAP. 15% from Schools run by Birla Education Trust on Merit of 10+2. The institute has dedicated faculty, state of art laboratories, modern infrastructure, medical facility, Library with Book bank, Computer Center & furnished Hostels for Boys & Girls.
