Talk:Amigos de la Tierra

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I am just learning how to construct the article. I need some time to be able to get it up to scratch.

If you can write English, why are you writing the article in Spanish? WWGB (talk) 11:09, 30 November 2007 (UTC)

Requested move: Amigos de la Tierra and Friends of the Earth are separate entities in an international federation of groups. Our intention is to allow users of Wikipedia access the information in at least English and Spanish, covering a large number of users.—Preceding unsigned comment added by AmigosdelaTierra (talkcontribs)

This is the English Wikipedia. Articles in Spanish belong to the Spanish Wikipedia. There is already an article at es:Amigos de la Tierra. In any case, there is a lot of confusion about the relationship between Amigos de la Tierra, Friends of the Earth and Friends of the Earth International. This should be resolved and explained to the readers. If Amigos de la Tierra is a separate organization, its role, the countries where it is active, and its connection to Friends of the Earth International could be explained here, but only in English. Apparently, there are several organizations of this name in several spanish-language countries[1]. I would prefer to have a list of member of organizations at Friends of the Earth International  Andreas  (T) 18:35, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
