[edit] Elimination chart
The elimination chart as of this edit [1] has many problems with it making it incorrect. You cannot have this season's table look exactly like the tables in seasons 4-7 because of the change in the semi-finals.
First off, coloring of the names based on sex is pointless because that is not how the show was set up the beginning and having the coloring that way makes it seem like it was. Second, Jim Verraros should be listed before Ejay Day because EJay was eliminated from the show first just like Chris Richardson is listed before Phil Stacey in season six's table. Third, the places 11-14, 15-20, 21-25, and 26-30 should not be used because they were not eliminated, they just failed to place in the top 10. Fourth, the people in those sections should be listed alphabetically according to their last name not their first name.
Most importantly, the way the chart is set up in the edit makes it look like 30 people performed in the first semi-final, 25 people performed in the second semi-final, 20 people performed in the third semi-final, and 14 people performed in the wild card round. Actually 10 people performed in the first semi-final with three moving into the top 10, 10 people performed in the second semi-final with three moving into the top 10, 10 people performed in the third semi-final with three moving into the top 10, and 5 people performed in the wild card with one moving into the top 10.
With the edits I will make, the elimination chart will be factually correct. Aspects (talk) 02:36, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
