[edit] Removed bit about Alcoholics Anonymous

I removed a lead paragraph sentence about how the acronym for the American Association, which was also known as the "Beer & Whiskey League", was "AA" and isn't it "coincidental" and "ironic" that "AA" also stands for "Alcoholics Anonymous". This says nothing at all about the American Association and is definitely unencyclopedic. Thanks, Oscar 16:16, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

  • You're welcome. Not. Wahkeenah 19:01, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

Would it be possible for someone in the know to include the actual results of the "World Series" in the main article. This would be appreciated. Thanks. Kornholius MaGillacuddy.165.155.112.1

  • Yes, there should probably at least be a link between this and the 19th-century World's Series. - Couillaud 16:04, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] THE ARTICLE TITLE

Is retarded. It should be "American Association (Baseball, 19th Century)" or similar. The fact that is has no mention of Baseball means that from a search people have to click on it to find out what it is about -- it is by no means clear it is about baseball. Bear in mind that the Wikiality search function is already one of its weakest and dysfunctional "features" -- lets not make it even harder for people to find what they want.

Since (seemingly) only wikinazi admins can change the titles (and that's retarded too), will one of you stormtroop up in your polished jackboots and fix it?

Bet you love the power huh? Gets you revenge for all the wedgies? It's how all nazis start. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.132.168.244 (talk) 21:32, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
