[edit] Wally Special

A local favorite and legend to be in the world of meat and cheese on two slabs of bread. Named after the proprietor of Uncle Wally's Deli (Walter "Wally" Brandt)in Winter Haven, FL (Circa 2004), this tribute to the world of deli meat and cheese is served between two slices of pressed garlic Texas toast basted with horse radish mayo, then layer with one slice smoked provolone and one slice baby swiss and loaded with in-store prepared corned beef and Italian salami. Back to the Cuban press, the sandwich is toasted again to evenly melt the smooth cheese, then split, garnished with one black and one stuffed green olive and served with a garlic dill spear. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tilla2501 (talkcontribs) 18:07, 19 August 2007
