Categories for discussion This category was nominated for deletion, renaming, or merging with another category on 2007 January 7. The result of the discussion was no consensus (defaulting to keep).

There's a lot of activity recategorizing awards as part of the orders & decorations project, but I think it's creating a little chaos on the non-orders/decos awards. For instance, there are both a Category:Awards of the United States category and a Category:American awards category. I think "United States awards" is preferable to either of the existing categories. Thoughts? (xposted to / discussion at Category talk:Awards of the United States) --LQ 20:23, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
