Américo Ferreira de Amorim (Mozelos, Santa Maria da Feira, 1934) is a Portuguese entrepreneur, ranked by Forbes as the 132th richest person in the world (2008), as well as the richest in Portugal with an estimated wealth of $7.0 billion dollars. He owns Corticeira Amorim world's largest producer of cork, with $650 million (sales). Also has interests in real estate and tourism.
