American Society of Association Executives

The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) is a non-profit professional organization for executive directors and executive vice presidents of professional societies both in the United States and abroad. As of 2007, it serves approximately 10,000 organizations that represent 287 million people. ASAE sponsors the Certified Association Executive (CAE) professional certification program.
Founded in 1920, ASAE is headquartered in Washington, D.C..
