AMC Airlines is a charter airline based in Cairo, Egypt. It operates charter flights from Europe to Egypt's tourist destinations, as well as ad hoc domestic and international charters, VIP flights, military transport and long and short-term wet leases. Its main base is Cairo International Airport, with hubs at Hurghada International Airport, Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport and Luxor International Airport.[1]

The airline was established and started operations in 1992, after the Egyptian government approved the foundation of Aircraft Maintenance in Cairo. At that time Elsayed Saber and his family launched AMC Aviation (AMC Airlines) after obtaining a licence to operate worldwide passenger charter operations. It is wholly owned by Elsayed Saber and his family and has 498 employees.[1]

AMC Airlines operates charters flights from Aswan, Hurghada, Luxor and Sharm el Sheikh to various points in Europe.[1]
In 2008 the airline started regular (charter) flights on the following routes:
- Alexandria (Borg El Arab Airport) - Jeddah (King Abdulaziz International Airport) - 2x weekly flight
- Alexandria (Borg El Arab Airport) - Madinah (Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport) - 2x weekly flights
- Alexandria (Borg El Arab Airport) - Dubai (Dubai International Airport) - 1x weekly flight

As of May 2008 the AMC Airlines fleet includes:[1]
- 1 Boeing 737-200
- 6 Boeing 737-800 (2 aircraft are leased from Eurocypria Airlines)
The airline will receive further 2 B737-800s in 2008 and 1 in 2009.
