Regarding the nofootnotes tag, I noticed the list of references at the bottom, but they need to be properly cited within the article itself. See WP:CIT for the appropriate templates to use. For cleanup, I think there's too much technical jargon in this article. It seems like the intended audience for this article is too specific. Sjsharktank (talk) 09:43, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
