Ambrose Palmer (born October 16, 1910) was an Australian rules footballer who played for Footscray in the VFL.
Palmer was a rover and made his debut for Footscray in the 1933 season. Not only did he have a football career but he was also a professional boxer and thus despite being with Footscray for a decade he only played 83 games. He was an Australian heavyweight champion at boxing.
