Ambler Airport (IATA: ABL, ICAO: PAFM, FAA LID: AFM) is a public airport located one mile (1.6 km) north of the central business district of Ambler, a city in the Northwest Arctic Borough of the U.S. state of Alaska. It is owned by the state.[1]
Although most U.S. airports use the same three-letter location identifier for the FAA and IATA, Ambler Airport is assigned AFM by the FAA and ABL by the IATA. The airport's ICAO identifier is PAFM.[2][3]
