Amanita orientifulva is a species of agaric found at altitudes of up to 4200 m in southwestern China. It is associated with trees, especially Abies, Castanopsis, Quercus and Salix. It fruits from June to September.

This agaric can grow quite large with a cap diameter of up to 14 cm and a stem length of up to 20 cm. The overall colour is brownish with a yellowish to orange centre to the cap. It is very similar to the more widespread Amanita fulva but can be distinguished by microscopic features of the volva.
