PayPay is an e-commerce business that allows payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders. PayPay performs payment processing for regular users, websites[1], online auction sites[2] [3] [4], and other corporate users.

A user may have several accounts with different currencies and each account can be linked to different email address and mobile phone number for funds receiving.

When registering user has to choose either personal or business account. Personal accounts cannot receive money by credit card, create "PayPayCode" etc. Business accounts are charged higher fees.
