Technically, this should not be copyrightable under Bridgeman Art Library v. Corel Corp.. The text and face of the tablet, being thousands of years old, would fall under public domain and exact photographic copies of things in the public domain cannot be copyrighted under American law, at least. אמר Steve Caruso 21:41, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
