[edit] Rename?
This is a really long/complicated name. How about something shorter like, Altenberg track, or maybe Altenberg sleigh track, or even Altenberg bobsleigh track? -- RoySmith (talk) 23:37, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
- Unless there is an actual name for the track, I think it needs to stay as is. Chris (talk) 00:31, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Biathlon at the track controversy
Hi Chris, the SSV Altenberg has this track with the city probably. The predecessor of the ssv Altenberg is the SG Dynamo Zinnwald/ SV Dynamo. In hte text (German) stands this example with teh theme Rico Gross. The Erich Mielke; boss of the MFS and Dynamo was been the organisator of this bulding of this sports arena for wintersport —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.95.142.179 (talk) 16:59, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
- If you click on the bobsleigh part of the track it has it. Also, the German language part of the article has not been created yet. I tried logging onto it, but it does not show it yet. To create one, you can talk to User:Marcus Cyron about this. He did the German-language version for the tracks at Königssee and Oberhof. Chris (talk) 21:23, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
- I can see, on my link, that the SSV Altenberg is the successeur of SG Dynamo Zinnwald. The SG Dynamo Zinnwald was the owner of this track. It would be a good idea if we takeing both links as source specifiyng. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.201.54.112 (talk) 09:21, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

- Here, in the middle of the text stands: Ihre Aufwartung machte auch eine kleine Delegation der früheren SG Dynamo Zinnwald. Der Klub, der mittlerweile SSV Altenberg heißt, war die erste sportliche Station von Ricco Groß. The Club who is the SSV Altenberg, yet. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.95.142.179 (talk) 09:15, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
