I've made a couple of changes to this page and renamed it... but more significantly have put various tags on it. It appears, from looking at the page history, that this page was created and then edited by User:Altafqadri. To more firmly establish its notability this article would benefit from external references and/or input from impartial editors. This article also would benefit from more intenal links and other wikification. Suncloud 20:09, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Removed NPOV tag

I have removed the NPOV tag. The awards list may be a bit long, but that is mainly a notability problem (I already removed all the "honorable mentions"), but the bio itself contains nothing that violates NPOV. — Graf Bobby 06:54, 3 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Removed unreferenced and notability tags

Four of the awards are now referenced directly. The Hindu article is reference for the Mumbai Press Photo Contest 2005 awards (not in details, but it says that Altaf Qadri won four prizes). The Lightstalkers profile has some reference links that I didn't want to put into the article since they are online-translated Korean pages.

In my eyes the present reference material establishes both the accuracy of the claims and the notability of the subject, so I removed the tags; if anyone disagrees, please put them back again. — Graf Bobby 13:29, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
