I consider it suitable under the fair use policy, because a recent, similar Butlins logo already exists on the Butlins wikipedia article, and this simply replaces it with a more up to date version (same logo, new slogan).
Also, this logo specifically relates to Butlins resorts, which is the sole focus of the article it is to be used in.
