The image Image:Altgens.jpg is being linked here; though the picture may originally copyright, I (RadioKirk talk to me 02:25, 5 May 2006 (UTC)) believe this image is covered by United States Fair Use laws because:

1. It is the only known surviving photograph of the subject;
2. It was given to author Richard B. Trask by the subject himself and, the subject having since died, its ownership is unknown; and
3. Reproduction of the image is not believed to limit the rights of the source book's author or publisher in any way.
