Description	Austin, Texas In testimony to the Infrastructure Development and Security Committee (Texas Senate), Houston Judge Robert Eckels presented this graphic illustrating how the Trans-Texas Corridor, in conjunction with Mexican ports, can be used as an alternative to LA and Long Beach ports.
