Alper Uçar (born January 19, 1985 in Denizli, Turkey) is a Turkish figure skater. He is the 2005 Turkish national champion and four-time junior national champion. He trains in Hungary.
He started skating at the age of 6 in 1990 after the first ice rink opened in Ankara Turkey. In 1995 he won a gold medal at the Balkan Games at a novice competition. Following this, he won his second gold in the Netherlands.
