Also, I notice you've changed my edit to Cliff Burton because (to quote) "No one knows if Cliff survived the initial accident". James, Kirk, Lars and the bus dri........ok maybe not the bus driver, but the rest do, on account that they were talking to him before the winch crane came. And killed him. But you know, whatever - if people don't want to keep the statement then who I am to keep putting it back in?!
