I took this photo myself. It incorporates a logo, which I claim as fair use on the English Wikipedia. The photo is necessary to illustrate the article about the candy, does not take away potential profit from the copyright owner (The Hershey Company), and cannot be replaced by a free image. -SCEhardT 13:29, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
