[edit] Early history
The earliest parts of the church date from the 14th century, though these are fragmentary. It is a Grade I Listed Building and Liverpool's oldest parish church and the only one with medieval origins. The parish of Childwall itself is mentioned in the Domesday Book.
All Saints' Church is also the Parish of the 35th Liverpool Boys' Brigade. The church is led by Rev. Gary Renison.
