Alisea Airlines was a charter airline based in Italy and established in 1999. Operations started in 2002 on a Milan to Cagliari charter using a Boeing 737-300 leased from Islandsflug. There was also an ATR 72 in the fleet. It was used to open a Palermo to Lampedusa route in December 2003, but its operation was suspended after a few weeks.
In December 2003 Alisea Airlines returned the Boeing 737 to Islandsflug due to financial difficulties and all operations were stopped.
