Alien Encounters is a comic published by Eclipse Comics which ran for fourteen issues from 1985 to 1987. It was sometimes criticized for unnecessary nude scenes.[citation needed] Several noteworthy creators worked on the series, including John Bolton, Richard Corben, Rick Geary, David Lloyd, David Mazzucchelli, Gray Morrow, and Tim Truman.
