Ali Jafari, PhD, is professor of Computer and Information Technology, Adjunct Professor of Informatics, and Director of the CyberLab at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). He is the creator of the ANGEL Learning Management System and the Epsilen [Learning] Environment.
