Ali Askar Lali (* for 1957) is a former Afghan football players and trainer. 1981 he came to Germany as a refugee and lived many years in Paderborn. now he lives in Germany and Afghanistan.
As a coach Lali currently participates in a project of the Foreign Office to promote Afghan women's football and trained the Afghan women's national team.[1]
