Hi, I am Mr. Herrera of Electoral calendar. president Boutaflika signed a decree to set teh date of local eelctions on November 29th and Referendum has not been mentioned or fixed yet. It may well be possible the amendment to the Constitution will be push forward through the assembly skipping the electorate.

The chances of holding a referendum in November together with local eelctions are getting slimmer.Please update the article.
