Alfred Sao-ke Sze

Dr. Alfred Sao-ke Sze (Chinese: 施肇基, Pinyin: Shī Zhàojī) was a Chinese politician and served as China's foreign minister and ambassador to the United States[1] and United Kingdom. He was also a founding member of to the World Bank and was a member of the Advisory Council of the World Bank from 1947 to 1950.[2]

Sze graduated from Cornell University.
