I found the rather POV sentence about ANC in the article on Toompea: "Though the cathedral is cordially disliked by many Estonians as a reminder of Russian hegemony, it has been meticulously restored since Estonian independence." Instead of deleting it outright without any traces (IMHO right thing to do there), I moved it from the Toompea article into the current one, which at least is a somewhat more relevant place for an arguably rather POV text.
