This seems a bit self-promoting. Should it be considered for deletion? Or is the guy relevant for wiki's readership?

I suppose it depends how big this globalisation institute is? If it is just a one man show then I'd have my doubts but if it was a big mover and shaker then it would be useful to list him.

The text appears to be a slightly modified form of the bio on Singleton's own website, which is a pretty good indicator of self-promotion... Brenton 03:00, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
