Alexandre Tuffèri (born June 8, 1876 – died 14 March 1958) was a French athlete. He competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens.
He placed second in the triple jump, a full metre behind the winner (James Connolly of the United States. Tuffèri's jump was 12.70 metres to Connolly's 13.71 metres.
Tuffèri was one of nine athletes to compete in the long jump. The only information known about his placing in the event is that he was not one of the top four.
He also participated at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris in the triple jump event and finished 6th.
