Alexander Khatisyan (Armenian: Ալեքսանդր Խատիսյան; alternatively spelled as Alexsandr Khatisyan) was born in Tiflis, Georgia in 1874 and died in Paris, France in 1945. He was an Armenian politician and a journalist. He served as the mayor of Tiflis from 1910 to 1917 and later as the second Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Armenia from 1919 to 1920.
