Alexander II Magnet Elementary School is a public magnet elementary school located in Macon, Georgia that is part of the Bibb County Public Schools system. It opened in 1902 and is named after Elam Alexander, founder of the Alexander Free School Board. In 1979, it became the first magnet school established in the state of Georgia with its magnet programs in math and science. Alex II's current principal is Dr. Linda Bivins. The school feeds into Miller Core Knowledge Magnet Middle School and Central High School.
