Alex José de Oliveira Fraga or simply Alex (born May 22, 1986 in Alto Paraná), is a Brazilian central defender. He currently plays for Atlético-PR.

Made professional debut with Atlético-PR in 2-2 home draw against Iraty in Campeonato Paranaense on February 25, 2006.[1]
