The 2008-09 season is the 17th year of football played by Aldershot Town, and their first season in Football League Two, and covers the period from 9th August 2008.

The team kit for the 2008-09 season is produced by Sport Italia. It will feature sublimated sponsors logo. This means the logo is part of the material itself, rather than a cheaper and lower quality iron-on transfer. The ATFC Club logo is embroidered onto the front of the shirt, upper left hand side of the chest. This includes along the bottom, the words 'Back to the Football League 2008'. The Sports Italia logo is embroidered onto the front of the shirt, upper right hand side of the chest. On the bottom rear of the shirt appears the following, 'Alive and Kicking'. The Home shirt has remained primarily red with small blue panel areas with white piping. These panels will be part of the shirt, not separate parts stitched together. The Away shirt has remained primarily blue (although lighter in shade) with small red panel areas with white piping, with same construction as the home shirt. The main shirt sponsor is Ezylet.
